Change of A Boss To A Leader.

A leader is best when people barely know he exists,

when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say:

we · did it ourselves. – Lao Tzu.

Boss must change.

Change to Leader.

What he should do to be a leader.

Metamorphosis from "A Boss to a Leader."

Yes!  Leadership can be learned.

Try to coach your followers toward their best performance.

·     Give them dozes of continuous enthusiasm and encouragement.

·      Try to help and repair the damage and understand what happened so it won't occur again.

·      Think for the benefit of others and as a whole Team.

·      Extend  hand to other people including people those who are not even your team.

·      Help the entire team, take mutual accountability and trust.

·      Help your team members to grow and develop to the fullest back to back you will develop.

·      Never steal credit from your juniors, give them more credit, you will get back all the credits.

·       Be more concerned with all your people go asking and listening.

·       Start saying Let's Go.

Remember MINIMUM CRITICISM is the best thing in managing and getting support.

Even if you do CRITICISM, please do CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM one of the most effective ways of transforming yourself from a Boss to a Great Leader.

CXO’s  are asking these questions as the transformation and change is going to happen very soon and the whole business ecosystem will change at a raid speed.

The CXO's are asking these questions as the change is knocking on the doors.

1.       How will digital disrupt my industry in the next five to ten years, and what new ecosystems will emerge?
2.      Where is the value for my company, and how can we maximize it?
3.      How close is the revolution to our factory doors and where should I make investments in infrastructure, cyber security, and partnerships?
4.      What new capabilities, skills, and mind-sets will we need in our organization? How will we identify, recruit, and retain the right new talent?
5.      What should we pilot now to start capturing this value?
