How to make employee stay while Change Management going on.



No body Likes Change Management, but in order to progress YOU NEED TO CHANGE.

Resistance to change is a HABIT of the people.

Pay them well.

A good Mentor is required.

They must have the ability to take the challenge.

Promote them.

Involve them in the Change Management Process.

For small things appreciate them. A little appreciation is important.

Value them.Make sure that Change Management can help them to value add .

Mission must be clear.

Empower them.

Last but not the least TRUST them.

The whole CHANGE MANAGEMENT IS POSSIBLE.
