Foucus matters a lot in Change Mangement.


In a change management process Focus plays an important role.

In a change management process one should be trying to think big and act bigger.

If one person do not relentlessly focus that ownership of change then it is very difficult to come.

One has to stay grounded as you make things happen in order to change.

One will  never see the true rewards of thinking big and acting bigger if he is nit Focused.

One should be "Focused on Change Management" , in the direction he wants to move. 

It is an intersection between " Things That Matter" and " Things You Can Control".
